FOR COOKING JAM, MARMALADE OR TOMATO SAUCE, FILLING IT INTO JARS AND CAPPING THE JARS AFTERWARDS
This unit includes three different production stages (cooking-filling-capping) in one single piece of equipment. It is designed for producing tomato paste (passata, sauce…), marmalade, jam or juices to be filled in jars of different sizes.
The machine consists of:
  • VACUUM COOKER: Steam vacuum cooker in AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel, with maximum operating pressure 3Bars.
  • Vertical multitubular shell and tube CONDENSER, with external cylinder, end carriages, tubes. Completely made of stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Centrifugal liquid-ring ELECTROPUMP for vacuum.
  • ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC PANEL assembled inside a stainless-steel case.
  • DOSER: Pneumatic filling-dosing unit KARR with adjustable dosing capacity according to the selected version. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 316.
  • CAPPER
Capacity: from 24 to 45 L, model K-FC45, and from 76 to 160 L, model K-FC160.

OUR COMPANY

Three generations of experience – The roots of MORRONE FOOD TECH (M.F.T. srl) date back to 1946 when Mr Giulio Raiola, Maurizio Morrone’s grandfather, started manufacturing food-processing machinery. During his first 40 years of activity, Giulio Raiola’s company establishes itself as leader manufacturer of processing equipment for the canning industry, namely tomato and peach processing. In the early 90’s Mr Raiola develops the first models of his peeler for apples, pears, citrus and kiwis, besides fruit cutters and other pieces of equipment that allow him to expand the company’s core business to the whole fruit-processing industry, including the then-emerging sector of fresh-cut fruit products.
In 2009, Maurizio Morrone takes over his grandfather’s business and, besides developing the existing production range, he enhances research and designing activities with the aim of applying his own and his staff’s know-how to vegetable processing as well. In so doing, the company won a large number of major customers in the vegetable canning industry.
